Aarón Cogolludo

Biography

Aaron Cogolludo is leading Personio’s business growth in Spain as Country Manager. His team’s mission is to enable better organisation among the Spanish SMBs ecosystem. Previously he worked at Google for 2+ years managing the International Growth Program in Spain and Portugal, initiative that supported the expansion of brands as Glovo, Badi, and ESADE. He has worked in sectors such as commercial aviation and technological entrepreneurship, in addition to founding a social network in 2015. Aarón has studies in aerospace engineering and a Masters in Management of Digital Business at IE Business School.
